The ladies here were excellent to work with. From estimate to final delivery, they handled point on dealing with my insurance, which was a relief as the grand total rose. The repair took awhile, but the results so far look perfect.

After my Infiniti car was hit, I was recommended to Gerald and was not disappointed! Jill is an absolute rockstar and took care of me every step of the way. Constant updates and communication on the progress of my repairs. Friendly service and excellent work. Johnny, one of the repair techs, was also very knowledgeable and explained every detail of the repair to me after it was complete. Couldn't say enough good things about my experience!

I recently brought my vehicle to Gerald’s for repairs. While the initial service seemed straightforward, I had a negative experience when it came to handling the necessary supplement process with my insurance company. Despite my vehicle clearly requiring additional work stated by their estimate and was identified by their team, the shop refused to submit a supplement request to the insurer. When I asked why, they simply cited 'past experience' rather than providing a valid technical justification for why they wouldn’t advocate for the full, proper repair of my vehicle. Unprofessional

I brought my car in for a small fender bender, some cosmetic work to the bumper. The repair technician was great and scheduling was easy. Upon getting my vehicle back, I noticed many scratches to my infotainment screen, buttons and shifter knob cover. I reported these damages to the shop immediately. I brought my car in the next day to be reviewed by the service manager. He agreed that this was definitely not right and he tired to correct the situation, he was unable to remove the scratches and told me he took pictures of the damage and would share these with his general manager who would then contact me the next day (Monday, as I brought this in on a Friday). The next week went on and on Thursday evening I still had not heard anything back, I called the shop. I was told that they were in communication with Subaru about how they are able to fix the damages and they would call me back when they have a plan. Another week went by, with no follow up. I emailed my repair technician to voice my concern that no one had reached out to me and that this is my third time now contacting them. She responded that she will let her general manager know.
